Dubai’s FIVE Holdings has acquired a €320 million stake in the nightlife conglomerate, Diario De Ibiza reports. The company will take over the nightclubs and hotels, including Pacha and Destino in Ibiza.

New vinyl pressing plant in Los Angeles County
