Brazilian duo Old Surfers has launched their debut album, ‘Paradise Dream,’ by way of Cri du Chat Disques/Universal Music. The document marks a brand new chapter for the mission, now led by Alec Haiat and Manoel Vanni.

The 12-track LP blends surf rock parts, ’70s funk grooves, and fashionable digital touches, creating an immersive soundscape that channels the spirit of the ’70s with a recent twist.

With its sun-soaked aesthetic, ‘Paradise Dream’ paints a tropical panorama, unfolding like a soundtrack that captures the laid-back vitality of Hawaii—a surfer’s paradise and a key inspiration for Alec and Manoel.

‘Forever Surfers’ opens with a placing riff, whereas the eight-minute ‘Go For It’ delivers psychedelic improvisation. ‘Ant Atol’ brings cinematic parts, all balanced with natural and digital manufacturing for a nostalgic really feel.
