MRAK recently unveiled a new three-track EP titled ‘Smoke’, released via Afterlife, alongside news of a three-date residency at Amnesia Ibiza this September 2025. The shows will take place on the 5th, 12th, and 19th, promising immersive sonic journeys shaped by exclusive material and custom production.
The title track ‘Smoke’ unfolds with grounded grooves, shimmering synth progressions, and a ghostly vocal that drifts through the mix. ‘Nobody’ rides on a lithe, rolling rhythm, with a soulful vocal sample weaving through layers of crisp percussion and deep bass. Closing the EP, ‘All Of The Lights’ builds cinematic tension with brooding low-end power and sweeping chords that amplify its emotional pull.
As the introspective alias of Carmine Conte from Tale Of Us, MRAK channels a conceptual and emotional vision through music and performance. His solo work offers a more experimental dimension to the Afterlife aesthetic, with each event curated as a multisensory experience. Following a global tour and his recent curation of day two at Afterlife Festival Barcelona, the Amnesia series marks a strong close to his summer.
