Italian multi-instrumentalist and producer Lorenzo Morresi is ready to launch his new EP, ‘Nonsense’, on April sixteenth, 2025, by way of his personal label, Minus Me Plus World. Leading it’s ‘Tucu Taca’, a percussive electro-samba lower launched earlier this month.
Inspired by a rhythmic warm-up train used for funk guitar, ‘Tucu Taca’ layers whispered vocals with a dense groove of timbales, cymbals, and repeniques, constructing towards a vibrant, dancefloor-ready crescendo.
The remaining tracks on ‘Nonsense’ mirror Morresi’s vary and manufacturing versatility. ‘Giungla’ brings distorted drums and glitchy textures in a darker, industrial-tinged journey. The title observe, ‘Nonsense’, was recorded on the Museo del Synth Marchigiano utilizing uncommon Italian classic synths, together with the Synket – the world’s first transportable synthesizer. Rounding out the EP is a remix by Francisco, providing a playful electroclash rework that twists the unique into a brand new membership dimension.
