Layton Giordani has introduced the launch of his new imprint, MADMINDS, a label formed by his New York City roots and shaped in collaboration with Armada Music. The first launch is ready to drop in early September 2025.
The idea behind MADMINDS is anchored in artistic freedom and boundary-breaking expression. The label guarantees a genre-blending output and a multi-sensory expertise that merges sound, paintings, and stay efficiency. Each launch will carry a powerful visible id, aiming to create a totally immersive world for listeners.
“New York City is the place I first found home and techno at 16 years outdated,” says Giordani. “I used to be entrenched within the tradition very early on in my profession and had the honour of watching the style’s pioneers form the music we now love. My first residencies have been right here, from Pacha NYC to Output Brooklyn, and the town undoubtedly influenced me in each means.”
Giordani says MADMINDS will function daring, unconventional artists with a particular but genre-fluid sound. Based in NYC, the label honors the town’s underground roots whereas advancing new digital music instructions.
“Teaming up with Armada Music to create MADMINDS at this second felt very pure and in sync with the place I’m at in my profession. It seems like the best time to present again and share my story with the world, with a renewed imaginative and prescient and collaborative focus,” he provides. “It’s time to shake issues up for digital music, rising from the very place that raised me.”
